下午好!

我叫**,今年**岁,大专学历。今天,我竞聘的岗位是综合办公室文秘一职。

首先,向大家简要介绍一下我的工作经历:我于1998年毕业于黑龙江大学文秘及办公自动化专业,1999年11月份进入**公司市场经营部工作,担任广告宣传策划员。2000年9月份调至公司综合办公室,担任秘书工作。2001年4月份至今,在办公室文书一职空出后,我担任文秘工作至今。

今天,我之所以选择竞聘文秘这一岗位,是因为我热爱这一职业,而且两年多的文秘工作经历,也使我具备了一名文秘工作者的基本素质和工作能力,我相信,我有做好这项工作的信心和能力。

下面,我谈一下竞聘成功后的工作思路。

如果竞聘成功,我将做到提高一个能力,树立两个观念,做好两项工作,认真履行好岗位职责:

提高一个能力即提高文字表达能力。文字表达能力是秘书工作人员的基本功,在今后的工作中,我会及时掌握行业动态,加强专业知识学习,扩大知识面,完善知识结构。勤于思考,养成独立思考的习惯,增强思维的灵活性,增加思维的广度和深度,更好的发挥创造性。善于总结,对领导修改的东西进行总结,找出自己的差距和不足,在总结中提高自己。对工作高标准要求,每一份文字材料都要在尽到自己的最大努力,达到自己当前的最佳水平之后,才拿给领导审阅。在工作中,边实践,边学习,努力做到准确、透彻的领会领导意图,自如的驾驭文字。争取在最短的时间内提高各种文字材料的质量,适应各方面的要求。对工作负责,对自己负责.

树立两个观念:一是要树立效率观念。文秘的日常工作繁锁而且枯燥。但是,我会用高度的责任心,树立时间速度和质量相统一的效率观念,勇于创新,善于发现新问题,想出新点子,改变以往的一些旧方法、旧习惯,极大地提高工作效率,适应公司发展需要。案前百事,能分清轻重缓急,做到大事不误,小事不漏。争取在定量的时间里做出更多、更好的事情。二是要树立信息观念。做好信息收集、整理、传递工作。文秘工作在某种意义上说就是信息工作。因为,撰写各种材料、文件,就是生产信息;收发文件、资料,就是传递信息;整理文件、资料、立卷、归档,就是储存信息;调查研究、综合情况、督办检查就是信息的反馈和整理。可见,文秘工作的全部内容和工作过程就是管理信息的过程,今后,我要从思想上认识信息的重要性,树立起信息观念,在日常工作中,做一个有心人,加强与各部门的沟通与交流,不但要对公司的内外信息做到及时收集、整理、传递,更要善于从日常所收集的信息中,发现问题,捕捉到重要信息,提取有价值的材料,为自己撰写材料、领导决策等提供依据。

大家中午好,我叫xx,来自计算机系汽车电子班,很高兴今天能够站在这个讲台上参加学生会的面试。我要竞选的是学生会的秘书处,因为我个人不太喜欢喧闹,我是个喜欢安静的人,因为只有安静才能体会到别人无法体会的境界,才能写出精彩的文章,秘书处给我提供了这样的环境,所以我喜欢安静,更喜欢秘书处的安静。大家都知道前段时间系学生会纳新吧!我已经加入了我们系秘书部,所以对秘书部的职能和工作内容也有了一定的了解,我知道秘书处要经常做一些会议记录,那首先要求有一颗平淡的心,这个工作对那些贪玩的同学来说可能平淡无奇,但对我来说是个锻炼自己的机会,因为我相信一个成功者会从别人的工作中吸营养,而整理记录这种方式是最快捷最便利成本最低的方式另外我知道做好这个工作还需要字写的好,(转身在黑板上潇洒的写了我的名字)名以正字以表德,我想虽然我没有练过书法,但我相信凭一颗责任心和真诚的态度一定能够写出一手规范的字,我相信三年以后我的字会写的比现在更出色。

我有许多东西不在乎,我不在乎工作有多累,我不在乎因为工作,让我没有时间去打台球,去谈恋爱.(台下一片笑声)但是我在乎我是否在为精彩的生命而奋斗,大家有没有听说过渝敏洪呢?新东方教育集团的董事长,也是我的偶像,他讲过一句话,他说,最精彩的生命是在年老的时候能够写出一部回忆录来,自己会因曾经经历过的生命而感动,感动别人继续为了精彩的生命而奋斗,这样,我才可以说我的生命过得很充实。我认为我们为人处世不仅仅是为了感动别人,最重要的是能够感动自己,因为只有感动自己才能感动别人!也许有人觉得我很虚荣,那么,我愿意为了这种虚荣奋斗到底。

我们都应该思考一下,在大学的三年时间里,我们是不是也应该做点什么?让我们的生命更加精彩一点啊。大学学生会既是一个机遇也是一个挑战,但是我始终相信,有志者事竟成。没有拆不散的情侣,只有不努力的小三。

奖惩制度,就是在企业运作中对员工进行有目的的奖励和惩罚的制度。在企业运作中,要提升员工的工作积极性和效率,就必须要建立科学严密的考核奖惩制度。

一、建立科学严密的考核奖惩机制的必要性

(1)建立科学严密的考核奖惩机制是增强专业技术人员工作主动性和创造性的必然要求。由于考核不严密,奖惩不合理,造成了专业技术人员“干与不干一个样,干好干坏一个样”的心理预期,必然造成工作质量和效率的低下。(2)建立科学严密的考核奖惩机制是转变工作作风的重要手段。古人云:不患寡而患不均。由于考核不到位,奖惩不均衡,抑制了专业技术人员的工作积极性。推行科学严密的考核奖惩机制后,各个工作岗位人员工作不深入,行为不作为,通过考核都能反映出来,还要受到经济处罚。这就促使大家必须深入下去,真抓实干,扎实工作,优质服务,进一步提高了工作质量和效率。(3)建立科学严密的考核奖惩机制是提高工作质量和效率的根本保证。通过推行科学严密的考核奖惩机制,专业技术人员的整体素质提高了,工作的主动性和创造性就增强了。

二、如何建立科学严密的考核奖惩机制

(1)科学设岗,定岗定责。将日常工作中经常发生的、有规律性的、相对固定的工作,有计划地分解到每一个人、每个工作日。使每个人都明确,自己每天的工作任务是什么,工作标准是什么,着力解决有人没事干和有事没人干、工作盲目无序等问题,同时为考核监督和责任追究提供依据。(2)要制订科学严密的考核奖惩办法。工欲善其事,必先利其器。在制订考核奖惩办法时一定要细化、量化每一岗位的具体考核项目、考核内容、考核要求及相应的责任,使每一项工作都有切实可行的考核标准,以促进考核工作的科学性和可操作性。要合理设置岗位系数。在实际工作中,各个岗位的工作性质、工作量大小、难易程度、风险度高低以及岗位所需综合素质是不同的,为了保证考核奖惩的公平性,体现“能者多劳”、“劳者多酬”的原则。(3)实行公开竞岗,双向选择。目前,国有企业受专业性、技术性等各方面因素影响,绝大多数岗位不可能自由分配、自主选择。普遍存在的一个问题是岗位不同,工作有轻重,但在奖金的分配上,没有严格按照岗位轻重来分配,而是大致同类的岗位奖金基本一样。这就造成了部分工作难度、工作强度、工作量大的专业技术岗位人员难免有“情绪”,影响了员工对企业的忠诚度。部分条件许可的岗位可实行公开竞岗,双向选择。对竞聘工作岗位明确职数、明确岗位要求、岗位目标、任职素质条件等内容,实行个人报名、组织审查、综合考试、公开竞职演说、群众评议、党组研究决定、任职公示等公开、透明的竞岗程序。通过竞岗,努力把最合适的人员选拔到最合适的岗位上去。(4)要严格组织考核,确保考核的真实性。再好的考核办法,不认真落实,考核的结果不真实就等于白纸一张。一是要制定并填写考核文书,建立考核档案,公开考核结果,下发考核通报,并依据考核分数和岗位系数核算奖金数额,发放到人。这三个环节相互结合,环环相扣,以保证考核的严密性。二是领导班子成员要建立独立的考核组织,保证考核的连续性。这个专门的考核组织,可挂靠在监察室,由一名班子成员任考核办公室主任,监察室主任任副主任。并且选择政治素质高、业务水平过硬,敢于坚持原则、不徇私情的同志为成员,把考核班子搞得坚强过硬。三是要强化对考核者的监督考核,保证考核的真实性。考核的真实性有赖于考核人的公正性。考核者要加强责任感和压力感,开展好考核工作,保证考核的真实性。

三、总结

科学严密的考核奖惩机制是一种管理行为,是通过科学的设计,严密的考核实现考核工作的公平性、公正性和真实性的一种手段,从而为实施公正的奖惩提供科学的依据,以此来鼓励先进,鞭策后进,实现工作质量的最优化和工作效率的最大化。只有建立科学严密的考核奖惩机制并合理地实施,才能使奖惩制度的作用最大化,才能提高专业技术人员的积极性,企业和员工才可能形成强大的合力,企业才能更好地发展。

ThesecourtdecisionscouldhaveanimpactonourwholeNation.TheDefenseofMarriageActdeclaresthatnostateisrequiredtoacceptanotherstate''''sdefinitionofmarriage.Ifthatactisoverturnedbyactivistcourts,thenmarriagesrecognizedinonecityorstatemighthavetoberecognizedasmarriageseverywhereelse.ThatwouldmeanthateverystatewouldhavetorecognizemarriagesredefinedbyjudgesinMassachusettsorlocalofficialsinSanFrancisco,nomatterwhattheirownlawsorstateconstitutionssay.Thisnationalquestionrequiresanationalsolution,andonanissueofsuchprofoundimportance,thatsolutionshouldcomefromthepeople,notthecourts.

值班室连着党委与大众,一通电话都有可能是一件大事,确实如那里的工作人员所说,是“前哨”、“桥梁”、“窗口”,每一天都不能松懈。

那么,省委总值班室每天会负责什么工作?在省委总值班室里面又发生过哪些故事呢?

值班面面观

说到省委总值班室的功能,简单概括一下就是省委办公厅的内设机构,负责值守应急、信息总汇、传达指令和协调服务职责,当然,还有承接领导交办事项和办理紧急文电。

总值班室会快速准确报送紧急信息,为领导处置突发事件提供决策参考信息。另一方面,总值班室承接领导批示办理工作。在应对突发事件时,要进行跟踪落实反馈,成为传达落实省委领导批示(指示)的快速通道。以福建省委总值班室为例,每天安排4人在岗,设立正班、副班、正常班及室领导带班。节假日及敏感时期,实行办公厅领导带班。

那么,如何保障值班工作能够顺利完成?《秘书工作》刊发的文章中这样介绍,福建省委总值班室开通与上级部门的值班、信息工作网络,建设省、市、县三级和省直应急单位传真、政务网、网的值班与应急网络,有些市县还将网络延伸至乡、村、大型企业。

另一方面,通过“线民爆料、媒体联动、热线电话、网络监控”等方法,广泛收集线索,并加以核实。而在省委总值班室,也有一部电话是对公众开放的,值班的工作人员会对群众来电进行接听。

再来看看安徽省委总值班室在报送信息方面做出的创新。为突出信息报送时效性,由逐级报送改为同时分送,减少中间环节,提高工作效率。创办《值班情况摘报》、《值班情况专报》,由直接呈报各部门信息改为综合摘报,对信息进行筛选和加工整理,节约领导时间。

值得注意的是,安徽省委总值班室改变了由单一纸介质报送的传统做法,对一些非紧急信息通过网络、短信、电话等多种方式及时报送,进一步拓宽信息报送途径。

乌龙事件

《秘书工作》还刊登过一个省委总值班室出现乌龙事件的故事,来自当事人的撰文回忆。

那天下午两点,省委总值班室的工作人员A收到省委副书记的一个批件,内容是第二天一场重要外事活动的演讲稿。省委副书记批示,请办公厅主任将此件报省委主要领导及各常委同志审示。这时,省委副书记秘书来电,强调这是个特急件,传批越快越好。工作人员A便将文件装进信封,请通讯员即送办公厅主任。

过了一会儿,办公厅主任把文件退回,并打来电话,要求按照惯例将批示内容改写为一个便函,附在演讲稿上分送省委各位常委。工作人员A迅速调出模板,修改打印便函,复印演讲稿,清点页码,把便函别在演讲稿复印件上,装好信封,请通讯员以最快速度送各省委常委。这是下午3点钟的事情。

十分钟过后,电话响起,一位省委常委的秘书问,为什么便签抬头是他服务的这位省委常委,里面写的却是请呈另一位常委审阅?

便签基本格式如下――

遵B领导嘱,现将此件送上,请呈A领导审阅,并请于某月某日某时前退省委值班室。

A吓出一身汗,原来,在模板上修改便签时,由于过于着急,没注意到文中也有领导名字,只修改了抬头,文中却没有修改。A马上向带班的副主任作了汇报。副主任了解情况后,与A一起分析,感觉目前绝大多数文件在路上,送到的也还在秘书手中,所以要把这些文件追回来。副主任分配任务,有人负责分头给秘书打电话,请秘书收到文件后不要送给领导;有人打印正确的便函。之后安排了一个专车,由A负责到各省委常委处,换便函,并作必要的解释。

出发20分钟后,所有便函都更换了,秘书也都很理解,没有一位领导本人看到了错误的便函。虽然送阅时间晚了不到一个小时,但文件还是按时传批完毕了。

身在总值班室

再来举几个例子。

经历汶川特大地震后,四川成立省委值班室,归口管理全省应急突发信息工作。2013年“4・20”芦山强烈地震发生后,应急信息在震后10分钟内编报完成,15分钟送达省委领导,省委立即启动预案,主要负责同志在震后20分钟即出发赶赴震区。

2006年12月31日中午12时30分,福建省委办公厅大楼内一片寂静。突然,总值班室电话铃声响起。打来电话的是一名山东省济宁市运输个体户,他运货途经福建省某地,发现当地数百名群众因不满附近工厂的污染问题而堵塞交通,希望政府出面疏通道路。

值班员立即多方联络并连续数日紧抓不放,将“某地村民与企业环保纠纷情况”作为《值班专报》送省委领导。省委领导批示过问此事,当地政府立即协调、处理,促使纠纷得以较快平息。事后,华东环境保护督查中心派人员对污染情况进行调查,当地政府牵头制定矿区环境污染综合整治方案,有的限期治理或验收,有的限期补办环评及环保审批项目,有的安排异地搬迁。

值班室工作很不简单,工作量很大。“如有的时候,下面来各种各样的电话,包括请示、汇报、联系工作,矛盾的地方很多,有的情况也有出入,这就需要核实,需要协调。再如,有事要找人、找领导,别人找不到,通过值班室一下子就能找到,这中间也是一种服务协调。”
