摘要：On his way from Shizuoka to Hangzhou on a jumbo jet,Kazuto Maeda spent three hours writing his notes to get ready for the first Zhejiang Media Cooperation and Communication Forum with International Friendship Cities organized by the Zhejiang provincial government.This was his second visit to Hangzhou,representing the Information and PR Department of Shizuoka Prefecture.His first visit was also in Hangzhou’s“osmanthus season”a year ago,when the city was perfumed with osmanthus fragrance.
